SmoothSkin Bare FIT is suitable for individuals with skin types 1 to 4 on the Fitzpatrick scale. It is not suitable for use on blue, white, gray, or red hair.

Since light blonde, gray, and white hair contains little or no melanin, IPL treatment will not work on these hair types. Red hair contains a different type of melanin that also does not respond to IPL.
