Reservations

To ensure the desired day and time of the salon visit, please book an appointment in advance. We will always do our best to adjust to your schedule, however, in cases where this is not possible, we will add you to our priority list, which is checked daily in case of cancellation. In order to be sure of your arrival, a deposit is paid with the reservation, which can be used as a partial or full payment for your treatment.

Methods of payment

You can pay for treatments in our salon in cash or by card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Electronic payment is possible when booking or purchasing our products.

We offer the possibility of purchasing products with a credit card for up to 12 months installments.

The prices that are highlighted on our site are valid, there are no additional costs in the salon.

Cancellations and fees

We will send you a text message / email confirming your arrival 48-72 hours in advance.
If the reservation remains unconfirmed or if you don’t show up t at the time of the reservation, the booking deposit will be forfeited. If due to unforeseen circumstances you want to cancel your arrival in a short time, contact the salon directly.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your scheduled treatment, let us know 24 hours in advance.

In case you inform us within less than 24 hours, we have the right to ask you to pay the total amount in advance for the next reservation.

Extended terms

For booked appointments longer than 2 hours, as well as for treatments for two or more people, a deposit of 50% should be paid while booking.

Group reservations

Education about technological and clinical progress is very important for us and we are continuously informed about everything we do. We are constantly improving and adapting our treatments. Accordingly, our menu can be changed to provide best practices in terms of health and skin improvement. Treatment prices are also subject to change.

Important notes

• Minimum number of years

Please note that our treatments are intended for clients aged 16 and over.
The parent must sign the consent for a child younger than that age.

• Keep your personal belongings

The Elegance Beauty Spa team is not responsible for your lost, damaged or stolen items during your stay.
A jewelry box is available in each treatment room.

• Conditions

Please indicate if you are pregnant or have a special health problem when making an appointment, as well as allergies.

Before treatment

It is desirable that new clients arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled term, in order to fill out the required consultation questionnaire.

In case of delay, please call the salon.
Also, in case of delay, we will be forced to shorten certain procedures, which may affect the overall effect of the treatment, and price correction is not possible.
We advise you to avoid using self-tanning products on the face, neck and décolleté seven days before any treatment. Also, consider the details of your current home regimen, skin care and any recent peels, laser or corrective treatments, eyebrow tattoos, injections and waxing that you may have done in the weeks before coming to us.
