In the pleasant and luxurious ambience of Elegance Beauty Residences in Senjak, the first cycle of trainings will begin in autumn.

Due to the great interest of our clients and business partners, and with the desire to share and expand the knowledge and experience we have gained through many years of work in the country and abroad in our area, Elegance Group launches Elegance Beauty Academy - a school for beauty care and good behavior. In this way, we can guarantee all recipients of the EBS franchise that they will quickly and easily reach professional staff, because we want to maintain the standard of our franchise at the highest level, and ensure success in business, for which the first prerequisite is good and dedicated workers.

Business ethics, etiquette, the right relationship with clients, are the basis of any further work, because in this way an atmosphere of trust, respect, esteem is built, of course with the best possible cosmetic treatment and the highest quality cosmetics available in EBS salons. The training will be 50% based on practical work, with the mentorship of experts in this field, which means that participants will be ready to start to work immediately after completing the training.

We aim to make one another important contribution through the Elegance educational concept.

We will provide affordable training for young people who are increasingly interested in jobs in the field of face and body care. It is noticeable in all media, especially on social networks, that great attention is paid to appearance, but at the same time it is not accompanied by adequate professional and pedagogical support, so we often witness unpleasant events in the beauty industry.
For us, beauty is an art and that is how we treat it, that is how we will train our students to be real artists in their field, to appreciate their work, effort and skills, but also their clients who beautify by making their everyday life more beautiful and better.
Our intention is to raise the training system for face and body care services to a higher level, both through professional knowledge and through the right approach to work, the clients, but also the field itself, to insist on the right measure in everything, to restore the original, natural beauty on a pedestal and point out that through the application of healthy cosmetics and properly performed treatments, exceptional results are achieved.
Our students, in addition to practical knowledge in the field of face and body care distributed in 10 different modules, will acquire a culture of behavior, communication, master business etiquette and the basics of business culture and communication, as well as corporate cooperation, which will help them in other spheres, of life.
